Nagarjuna's Letter to a Friend provides a concise introduction to the entire Buddhist path. It examines the Four Noble Truths and the Six Perfections, describing logically and poetically how following this path leads to enlightenment. Nagarjuna wrote the letter to advise his friend, King Satavahana, on integrating spiritual values into his daily life as a ruler. The commentary was written by Venerable Rendawa to clarify the text for students of all levels. It teaches the basics of Buddhist practice for both laypeople and monastics.
